Returns & Exchanges

My Carbana will accept returns and exchanges on all new merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of order delivery upon verification of the purchase and return receipt at our warehouse. Additionally, My Carbana will replace any merchandise found to be damaged in shipping, defective or different from what you ordered upon our confirmation of the issue. 

All returns received at our warehouse will be processed for a refund to the customer’s original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and, if applicable, will be deducted from the amount refunded. 

My Carbana reserves the right not to accept any return that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due My Carbana’s error or is initiated beyond the 30-day return period.
